I have ordered a few times from Monarch. They don’t have a large inventory of diverse products, but that is not really their thing. They deal with specialty items and the pieces I bought are nice. The price was decent for being high relief silver. Shipping price was acceptable. Since I paid by check, I knew that there would be a wait just like any other company. I received my items fairly quick considering the condition of the so-called “pandemic” (Covid-19).
They also replied to emails fairly quick. I didn’t experience any problems.
