I took advantage of a great price on an American Gold Eagle that Universal Coin offered. It was about $44 cheaper than the online company I normally use. Unfortunately they limited it to one per household. I would have bought 2-3 more.
It is a legit company but their website is glitchy and not user friendly. Be prepared to try several times for pages to load when checking out.
My review is: Good price on this single coin but website needs attention. You’d never have the same issues at APMEX. I’ll use Universal Coin again only for really good deals, otherwise I don’t need the headache of the glitchy website.
