I ordered once from money metals exchange, 2nd time I ever bought silver, about 2 years ago. Got what I ordered and was satisfied. Since that time I have found dealers with lower premiums and have not returned. All-in-all, a reputable and fair dealer with good customer service.

I have ordered silver and gold from Money Metals Exchange. The communications by email: order confirmation and order shipping has been excellent. Shipping time has been reasonable. Their premiums over spot price seem a bit higher than most dealers. Once I was a customer I received $10.00 off offers about every three months. They are a good company.

Fantastic company, phenomenal custom service. I have been a customer of MMX since 2019, I have been in the monthly accumulation plan, and have made made individual purchases. I find the candor of their specialists refreshing. My favorite company to purchase gold and silver from.

Purchased some pandas and they gave me all same year. However some of them were in poor condition. Hence, I've requested a return just for those tarnished coins or refund my money. They did neither. They sent back same year coins. Never reply to my email requests. Worst customer service.

Go check the BBB for complaints against Money Metals in Eagle Idaho. Its pretty self explanatory. I will give a few words of caution when buying from money metals. The process of purchasing a larger quantity of precious metals is more trouble than it is worth. If you purchase more than $1000 from them you have to pay by check. I purchased physical metal from them 3 weeks ago and they still have not posted either of the 2 checks I sent. After the first check went "missing" I offered to pay via ACH. I was told by Clint and Michelle that they would not accept ACH because it would be fraudulent and is against there policy. They will make NO exception for any payment issue. I willingly gave them personal information to verify that I am who I say I am and they still refused to take payment via ACH.

The 2020 1 oz Platinum American Eagle is manufactured by the U.S. Mint. Containing 1 oz of .9995 fine Platinum, this BU coin features a beautifully detailed image of the Statue of Liberty. The primary bullion coin series available from the United States Mint is known as the American Eagle Series. Each of the coins in this collection features its own, unique image of Lady Liberty on the obverse side and the American bald eagle on the reverse side. No two metallic versions of the coin share the same design concepts. The first coins issued were the Gold Eagle and Silver Eagle in 1986, both with a historic vision of Liberty on the obverse. The American Platinum Eagle coin was the next to be introduced, and its 1997 debut brought with it the only version of the American Eagle that did not use a previous historic coin design of Liberty on the obverse. You can learn all about the American Platinum Eagle coins below. What makes the Proof Platinum Eagle unique when compared to other collectible versions of American Eagle coins is the design elements. Only the 1997 and 2017 Proof American Platinum Eagle coins have the same design as each other in the proof series, and the same design as all issues of the bullion coin. The United States Mint has opted for new designs of the American bald eagle on the reverse of the Proof Platinum Eagle in every year of availability. These designs are often part of a driven program that highlights Americana with every design while incorporating the images of Liberty and the bald eagle. Up until 2017, the Statue of Liberty design from Mercanti persisted on the Proof Platinum Eagle’s obverse. Starting in 2018, a new series debuted with fresh designs for both sides of the coinage. The 1997 Proof Platinum Eagle stands alone as the initial issue with the shared bullion design, and the 2017 Proof Platinum Eagle reused that same design as a celebration of the coin’s 20th-anniversary release in that year.FindBullionPrices.com tracks prices from some of the most trusted and reputable online bullion dealers to help find the lowest prices on 2020 Platinum 1 oz American Eagle. The platinum prices on our site for coins and bullion are updated hourly and adjusted with platinum spot price.
