They did ship the wrong size air-tight case, but a quick phone call and they shipped me the right size. Had the replacement in my hands in only 3 days. I'm satisfied.

Worst bullion dealer that I have ever bought silver from. Product came dirty,scratched and stained. I called customer service, and after waiting two months for a reply, I called them back. This issue, in my opinion, is not settled. Not by a long shot.

Texas Precious Metals is the worst bullion dealer that I have ever bought silver from. The product came stained, scratched and dirty. Customer service was terrible! Texas Precious Metals didn't care that they had sent me a Sub-Par product. I will NEVER buy silver from them again!!!!
