4 stars for quality of product but as others stated premium are high. I have been a customer with them for 10 years and just made a 250 oz purchase before finding this site unfortunately. They do have an auto invest that I liked but have put it on pause letting them know that I am shopping for best price with no more blind loyalty.

This is my #1 dealer due tot he fact that they have had some of the most diverse products in any online or local inventory. Yes; their premiums are the highest in the industry and there is a reason for this. I usually can order from APMEX without the product being "Out of Stock" (or readily in stock in a short period of time) or their shipping is the best in the industry. Take your pick. The premiums I pay for in 2022 are for quick, free shipping and a diverse catalog. Thanks.

I used to buy only from Apmex because of quick shipping and a very diverse selection of products. However, their prices are totally insane. It doesn't matter what I am shopping for, Apmex is always 10-15% higher than the cheapest product I can find. Their price over spot cannot even compete with some of the other dealers out there.

Purchased silver from them, it was junk silver, and NOT coinage, but just crappy scraped and gouged silver round and 10 gram, TEN gram bars. After i personally tested everything they sent me STERLING! They won't let me leave this review on their site! They exchanged it. However most just believe what they buy is picked by knowledgeable people, after OTHER knowledgeable people go thru the items, and then bin them. NO QC!! No checker of the checker. Jokelahoma! I will never use them again.

Four orders completed. Another in process. No problems so far. Lots and lots of inventory items that smaller dealers will probably not have (Like pre 1933 gold dollars) Not always the cheapest but often they are. Definitely worth checking their prices every time you shop.

I've bought from APMEX five times, and haven't had any problems. They may not be the cheapest; however, when I can't find what I'm looking for somewhere else I usually end up at APMEX.

Cuauhtemoc was the last emperor of the Aztecs and was the cousin of Moctezuma II. He ascended to the throne at a time when many had been killed by the Spanish through a combination of war and the spread of diseases, such as small pox, brought by the invading Europeans. After being captured in 1521, Cuauhtemoc was imprisoned and brought with Cortés to Itzamkanac where he was executed along with other noble leaders. From 1947 until 1948, the Cinco Pesos coin from Mexico featured the bust portrait of Cuauhtemoc on the reverse face. The coin was minted in an alloy of 90% silver, similar to junk silver that circulated in the United States during the same time period. The portrait of the Aztec ruler is surrounded by lettering and repeating block detail that is reminiscent of pre-colonial Mexican design around the rim, including the weight, purity and date. Each coin is minted with 30 grams of silver. The obverse design of the coin shows the Mexican Coat of Arms. A fierce eagle eating a rattle snake while perched on a cactus. The story behind the design of the Coat of Arms traces its origins to an Aztec legend.Mexican junk silver is great to stack. These coins are widely recognized and are also popular with collectors. Coins in good condition may also carry some numismatic premium, which can provide some significant returns for investors.FindBullionPrices.com tracks prices from some of the most trusted and reputable online bullion dealers to help find the lowest prices on Mexican Silver 5 Pesos 1947-1948 Cuauhtemoc. The silver prices on our site for coins and bullion are updated hourly and adjusted with silver spot price.
